Consider your purchase carefully. Due to the nature of our downloadable or digital access products, returns and refunds cannot be offered once they are used. Clicking on a digital link for a product will be considered use of the digital product and voids any regional requirements for right to return. The digital link and sign-in instructions are for your personal use only and may not be shared. For unopened, unused digital products, you must let us know in writing by mail or email, within 14 days of purchase of your intent to return the digital product. After 14 days, there are no returns accepted. Remedies to defects in products or in delivery of products will be offered.
The digital link and sign-in instructions for a live or recorded webinar are for your personal use only and may not be shared except with explicit consent from Clinical Pathways, LLC. You may withdraw or cancel registration for a live webinar no closer than 48 hours prior to the start by notifying Clinical Pathways, LLC in writing by mail or email, in which case you will receive credit towards a future webinar, valid up to one year from the date of issuance. Providing a substitute attendee for the same webinar on the same date may also be acceptable if we are notified in writing by mail or email at least 1 hour prior to the start of the live webinar and you have received notification from us of our acceptance of these terms.
Clinical Pathways, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live webinar due to insufficient registrations, instructor inability to attend due to unforeseeable circumstances such as illness or injury, severe weather or power loss, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such circumstances, the attendees will be notified as soon as possible prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar of the rescheduled time and date, or if cancelled will receive a full refund.
